THe government has been pissing everyone off .... the recent 308 political tsunami is no doubt a clear evidence of dissatisfaction shown by people of Malaysia .... despite their failure ... they hav no thoughts of changing by giving the people a better life .............

Though it is against the odds.... People do look forward for 916 !!! where Anwar Ibrahim's Pakatan Rakyat might take over the government........... Our patience is limited ...

Few days later my dear ADP frens celebrated my birthday in college lo ... along wif a "delicious" Chili muffin ........ haha ...... shuldnt told them i dun eat chili T_T ...... anyway thx for the big big big big big big big & super duper heavy box of newspaper .......... Its the biggest and heaviest present I ever received ... Love u all !!!!!!!!! & the chinese note from 思缘 .... ( damn nice right her chinese name ?? wait till u see her real person wakakakaka ... )

30th of August 2008...... History has been created ... A true champion team is born !!!!

THey are the Taylor's Hyenas !!!!! consist of the captain & mvp -- Michael Chew , Venkachatalam aka Venki, JH, Gary, Alyssa, Nicholas Fung, Sean & lastly Me la !!!!! behind we hav a whole bunch of loyal supporters led by dai kai jie SUe Ann , they are the best supporters in the world !!!!!!!! They are one of the factor we triumph in the tournament .......

Its was an fabolous day .... as we dint expect ourselves to win the whole tournament ..... but with great determination & strong team work ..... We shown our character & capability ...... beating some tough opponents ........ All in all .... RM 2000 is right in our pocket .... awaiting for the massive pizza party !!! gogogogo Hyenas !!! We will come bac again nxt yr !!!!

The games began . It was the Battle Royale ’08 , Malaysia’s first ever Dodgeball tournament , organised by MAD . Watching the other teams play , hearing the commentators’ excited voices , listening to the deafening cheering of the crowd , it was an experience like no other . For this , ladies and gentlemen , this was dodgeball .

Then came our turn to play . We walked into the court , hoping for the best , praying that our hard work during training sessions would pay off . And for our first match , it did . And for the next , and the last one after that . Playing dodgeball in such a competitive , electrified atmosphere was truly an adrenalie-pumping experience . Down to the last man we fought , determined to bring home the victory . Again and again we beat the odds , and a huge part of our success was due to the incredible cheer team we had , for they really gave us that extra bit in terms of mental stamina to push on .

At last , after 3 grueling games , a rain that dampened everyones spirits momentarily , long waits , and the beating sun , we did it ! The Taylors’ Hyenas emerged victorious in the Battle Royale 08′ ! Euphoria , jubilant celebrations were to be had . We were presented the prize , a whopping RM 2000 . But the money really was only secondary compared to the joy in our hearts . Ahh.. The smell of victory hung heavily in the air .

And it is here that we , the Taylors’ Hyenas would like to give a TREMENDOUS thanks to the MAD for the wonderful , wonderful event that they set up that day at one utama . It was just incredible fun for everyone present , the commentators were screaming themselves silly alongside the cheer teams , the players were giving it everything they had , the celebrations were jolly , the prizes were good , but none of this would have happened without MAD . Credits and cheers to them for a great job .

I would also like to mention MAD’s act of MERDEKA SPIRIT!! At the end of the tournament , one of the commentators led all the players and the MAD people in an MAD-organised chant of ‘MALAYSIA ! MALAYSIA ! MALAYSIA …’ in order to foster unity amongst the people of Malaysia , and MAD can safely say to be doing that , because a simple glance at the people present that day would reveal the diversity of cultures and heritages represented .
All in all , it was an unforgettable experience , and the Taylors Hyenas would like to give special thanks to our cheer team , and most of all to MAD for a simply superb event .
